Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We take utmost care to ensure you receive the product you ordered without any defects or error. Being human, we do make mistakes from time to time. It's rare, not often, because we're a bunch of very caring humans.

We offer returns, exchange and refunds for anything that's our fault like, damaged product or manufacture defect. If you incorrectly ordered the wrong size or color, sorry that one’s on you. (You being a like minded and caring human wouldn't expect us to pay for your mistake now would ya?)

Our batting average over 3 years of serving you, 1 in every 7000 shipped is our fault. If you’re that unlucky 1, please contact us at support@artsy.com with the following details and we’ll take care of you asap.

  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase and the sales order number
  • If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment*.

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our return/exchange/refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?

We strive to ship most of our orders within a couple days of you making a purchase. If we haven’t processed your order yet we will gladly cancel your order for you asap.

Sometimes we’re in such a hurry to please you we manufacture & package your orders within minutes of your purchase (Seriously, we're that good). If you happen to catch us in one of these spirited moments, and your product is already manufactured, unfortunately we can’t offer a cancellation.
