Q: Who's Artsy and can I trust you with my purchase?
A: We've sold and printed quality custom apparel since 2014. You may not have heard of us because most of it was on the wholesale side. We're fairly new to direct to consumer space but odds are you came across someone wearing one of our tshirts, we've sold and printed over 350,000 tshirts.

Q: How are the apparel products on Artsy manufactured?
A: Our awesome design team creates every design in-house.
We print our apparel in our own facility AFTER you place an order with us, you'll never get an outdated design off the shelf from us.

We use state of the art direct-to-garment (DTG) printers and only use water based inks absolutely free of heavy metals, formaldehyde and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates, making them non-hazardous, non-toxic and 100% biodegradable. These inks cost more but when we're selling something that's worn close to your baby's skin (and ours) it was a no brainer for us.

Q: What makes Artsy different from others that sell custom apparel?
A: All of our designs are created in-house and we do all of the printing ourselves. This not only allows us to have tight control over quality, it lowers our cost which is reflected on what you pay.

More than that, we really, really care about customer experience. Starting with creating great designs, best print quality, and all the way through to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with our product and service. So much so, our complaint is less than 0.0003% of our sales.

Q: Do you offer products other than tshirts and baby onesies?
A: We get asked this a lot. That's our core competency and focus but stay tuned, we'll be adding more great products.

Q: How do I contact Artsy?

Q: Do you have a sizing chart?
A: Yes, you can view it by clicking here==> , . The men's styles run very true to size, the ladies tend to run 1-2 sizes smaller due to today's trend.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: Domestic shipping:  Free shipping to US & Canada.
    International shipping: There's a flat rate of USD $15.
    Mars: Sorry, you couldn't afford it.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Nope, we don't charge you sales tax.
    Please let us know if you want to lodge a complaint against no-sales tax.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Domestic shipping to US & Canada. We strive to ship most of our orders within a couple days of you making a purchase. Over 95% of the customers receive their             order within 7 days after purchase. If you need express shipping we have 2-3 day shipping but there is a charge for that, amount depends on how fast you want it             delivered. International shipping, expect delivery within 14 days for most countries.

Please note. Any applicable import taxes, duties or tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the original shipping cost.

Q: Do you have Tracking?
A: Yes. Once your order is printed and shipped from our facility, you will be sent an email with the tracking number.

Q:How do I cancel my order?
A: If we haven’t processed your order yet we will gladly cancel your order for you asap. Sometimes we’re in such a hurry to please you we manufacture & package your orders within minutes of your purchase (Seriously, we're that good). If you happen to catch us in one of these spirited moments, and your product is already manufactured, we can’t offer a cancellation.

Q: Artsy made a mistake on my order.
A: We offer returns, exchanges and refunds for anything that's our fault like, damaged product or manufacture defect. If you incorrectly ordered the wrong size or color, sorry that one’s on you.

Our batting average over 3 years of serving you, 1 in every 7000 shipped is our fault. If you’re that unlucky 1, please contact us at support@artsy.com, with the receipt or proof of purchase & the sales order number, and we’ll take care of you asap.

Q: What payment options do you accept?
A: We accept Apple Pay, Paypal and we also accept major credit cards like Visa, Master Card & Amex.
